In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for an Awakeify account or when you contact us. The personal information we collect includes:

• First name and email address — collected at account registration via Supabase Auth and used to create and manage your Awakeify account
• Journal entries — personal reflections you write within the app, including emotion chips, body chips, defence chips, purge text, facts, kinder story, and chosen meaning. This content is stored securely in your private account and is never accessed or shared by Awakeify staff
• Usage data — posts read, journal entries completed, stage progress, and streak data, used to personalise your in-app experience
• AI reflection content — when you request an AI reflection after completing a journal entry, your journal entry text is sent to Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway to generate a response. This is processed in real time and the response is saved to your account

Sensitive Information: While Awakeify is a self-reflection journalling app and users may write emotionally personal content, we do not actively collect or process sensitive personal information as defined under applicable privacy law. Journal content is stored solely for the purpose of delivering the service to the individual user.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

• Supabase: Our app database and authentication provider. Stores your account credentials, journal entries, stage progress, and all app usage data securely with Row Level Security enabled.
• GoHighLevel (GHL): Our CRM platform. May receive your name and email for service communications and beta-related notifications.
• Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway: When you request an AI reflection after completing a journal entry, your journal text is sent to Google Gemini for processing. This is done in real time solely to generate your reflection response.

Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
