Delivery & Refund Policy

Digital Product Delivery

Awakeify is a digital self-awareness journalling app delivered instantly upon account registration at app.awakeify.online.

No payment details are required during the current free beta period.

Simply create your account and your journey begins immediately. There are no physical products, shipping, or waiting periods involved.

When paid plans become available, founding members will be notified by email with instructions to activate their locked-in rate.

Standard monthly and annual subscribers will be billed automatically via our payment processor at the start of each billing period.


Access & Subscription

Once your account is created, you can access Awakeify via app.awakeify.online on any device at any time.

Founding members lock in a rate of $4.99 per month for the lifetime of their subscription — this rate will never increase as long as the subscription remains active.

Standard subscribers may choose between a monthly plan ($9.99/month) or an annual plan ($79.99/year). Annual subscribers receive access for the full 12-month period paid upfront.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Founding members who cancel their subscription will lose their locked-in founding rate permanently. Should you wish to resubscribe after cancellation, standard pricing will apply.


Refund Policy

Because Awakeify is a digital product with access granted immediately upon subscription, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a billing period has begun.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access entirely, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to make it right.

For annual subscribers who experience a significant technical fault within the first 7 days of a new subscription period, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
